BRENNAN'S

We are a modern version of a neighborhood bar and restaurant with small plates, beer, wine and a fully stocked well appointed bar for some of the best drinks in town. The main bar and adjoining room have high ceilings and custom built bookshelves that extend the room vertically. The rooms are connected with narrow, tall French doors with transoms. We wanted to give each room its own distinct look and feel while creating different pockets of space. When everyone keeps opening up floor plans, we prefer to create original rooms with unique styles that tell a story and lead guests from one room into another.

The design will balance old-world craftsmanship with contemporary ease — masculine without being heavy, elegant without being exclusive. Key considerations include a layout that accommodates both intimate conversations and lively community gatherings, a humidor experience that elevates the act of selection, and branding that communicates credibility, taste, and a sense of discovery.

Ultimately, the lounge will be more than a place to smoke; it will serve as a neighborhood hub where culture, camaraderie, and craftsmanship converge.

Every corner of our cocktail lounge is intentionally designed as a “cool nook” for hanging out, fostering conversation, and creating memorable moments. From intimate seating clusters to semi-private corners, each space balances comfort, style, and flow, allowing guests to choose their own experience—whether it’s a quiet chat, a lively group, or a serendipitous encounter. Strategically, these curated nooks encourage longer dwell time, repeat visits, and social interaction, turning the lounge into a versatile, engaging environment that feels both personal and dynamic.
