THE BHIVE

We designed The BHIVE to be a buzzing and vibrant environment focused on the needs of the creative class. Our goal was to create a modern yet casual space designed with traditional elements while offering new and original amenities that energizes the work environment while fostering community and collaboration among businesses, art and design.

The BHIVE is a private workspace collective with an open floor plan and a flexible facility on three floors. It aims to promote creative collaboration between customers and clients, teams and entrepreneurs, sales reps and managers, designers and developers.

the concept

After 5 PM, the space operates as a bar, restaurant, & lounge with a small plate dinner menu & a late night menu. Members are encouraged to show up whenever they like, and stay as long as they want. Blurring the lines between work and leisure, the space allows itself to become whatever our members need it to be.

this is not a restaurant.

The BHive began as a shared workspace built to foster productivity & collaboration, but it intentionally evolved into an adaptable evening event space & social hub. This flexible approach allowed the venue to incubate new concepts & experiences, including TINAR, a guest-chef series designed to give culinary innovators the freedom to create small, intimate dinners exploring the nostalgia that shaped their careers. By providing a platform for experimentation & exclusivity, TINAR became a standout success—selling out every event—demonstrating how intentional design & adaptable programming can drive engagement, create buzz, and generate revenue while strengthening community ties.
