This Is Not a Restaurant is our roaming guest chef series built around one simple idea: the best meals don’t belong to one room, one menu, or one name. Each experience unfolds in a constantly changing space—transformed for one night only—and led by a rotating lineup of exceptional chefs brought together for moments that can’t be replicated.
By removing permanence, we give creativity total freedom. Locations shift. Chefs change. Menus are designed specifically for the night and the room it lives in. What remains consistent is the intention: to bring the best of the best together and create an experience that feels immersive, unexpected, and deeply memorable.
