Untrained, sort of self taught, dishwasher turned sous cook Kevin Brennan and his team will be cooking up the most delicious dinner party ever for one hell of a good time, but more importantly, a great cause, The Legacy Center STL. For our 49th edition of THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT and after watching 48 chefs do their thing, we’re ready to host our own. We’ve taken a few pointers, learned a few tricks, and know how to handle the heat. But the coolest part is having the right people in the room, creating a fun environment, and executing for a bigger cause. We’re ready to do this and hope you want to join in because 100% of the proceeds goes to our charity of choice. The Legacy Center STL is an after school programming center that helps kids in the Normandy School district find their way. 5 plates with 1 hidden (6 total), seafood forward with vegetable options.
