The Under Ground Crown (opening in late summer 2026) is the Mediterranean subterranean destination for international small plates; featuring a dedicated burrata bar, an intimate six-seat chef's counter, & a private dining room set within the building's historic boiler room. The Under Ground Crown will have an extensive international wine program—from small-production growers to rare and hard-to-find bottles—with interesting & exclusive live event programming, & an unreal wine club membership.

The Under Ground Crown Wine Club Membership includes weekly tastings & a complimentary burrata / antipasta bar (with a +1 exclusive for Founding Members), monthly wine classes, priority live entertainment tickets & guaranteed access. The Wholesale Membership includes everything a standard membership includes, with the option to order wine at wholesale pricing for pickup or delivery - no add'l fees or middlemen.

Membership fees are locked in for Founding Members, and will officially begin the date of opening. Stay tuned on social media for updates on our opening and upcoming events.
